I designed the promotional posters and bilingual (English Chinese) program booklets for the 2025 and 2026 Chinese New Year celebrations organized by Oakville City Councillor Scott Xie. The materials were created for public-facing municipal events and needed to communicate clearly to a diverse audience. Illustration and layout were used to establish a festive atmosphere while maintaining strong information hierarchy.
